WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Potential honorees should be nominated or apply to receive a Mayors' Top Teen Award if they fit this criteria:
- Age 13 - 18
- Live in Black Hawk County
- Have contributed significant volunteer efforts either by hours served or service provided.
- Able to demonstrate a willingness to serve, contribute time to an organization, exhibit quality in their work, set a good example. and be an exceptional role model.
SELECTION & RECOGNITION
Mayors' Top Teen Awards is a self-selection process. All those nominated or applied will be recipients and honored at a special event on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 6 p.m. at Diamond Event Center in Cedar Falls. Details to follow.
